Philosophy
“Harnessing technology as a catalyst for evolving curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment methodologies, all with the overarching goal of nurturing Future-Ready learners. ”
By seamlessly integrating technology into every facet of education, we empower our students to become adept problem solvers, critical thinkers and innovative individuals who are well-prepared to navigate the challenges of the digital age and beyond.
Curriculum
The ICT Curriculum at our school is strategically designed to seamlessly infuse technology across various academic domains, encompassing curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
Our overarching objective is to foster a comprehensive integration of ICT tools and methodologies, enhancing the educational experience for both teachers and students. This integration is not limited to superficial implementation but extends to the very core of lesson design, ensuring that ICT is an intrinsic part of the learning journey.
The ICT Curriculum extends its impact beyond the classroom walls through the creation of conducive 1:1 learning environments. We ensure that teaching and learning is not confined to the classrooms, transcending physical boundaries and enabling students to engage in meaningful learning experiences anytime and anywhere.
Our curriculum empowers students to navigate the digital world with confidence, equipping them with skills that are essential for success in the 21st century.
Programme
Through the Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP), we hope to nurture the self-directed and connected Future-Ready learner. To achieve that, students would need to acquire certain digital skills that allow them to leverage on technology to do the following in an effective, ethical and safe manner:
- learning with resources and people online;
- curating digital content and information;
- connecting and communicating digitally; and
- creating digital products.
